What the platform does
- Home Survey Level 2 inspections
- A structured inspection covering the building, services, grounds and legal enquiries, with condition ratings recorded consistently across every element.
- Built for site work, offline
- The inspection runs without a signal. Work is saved as you go, so a lost connection or a closed lid does not cost you the visit.
- Photographic evidence
- Attach photographs to the findings they support, with captions and a fixed order that carries through to the report.
- Draft and final PDF reports
- Produce an extensive report with a contents list, working links, ratings and derived registers. Drafts are clearly marked; the final report is issued only once the completeness checks pass.
- Your own data, backed up
- Records stay yours, with encrypted backups you control and the ability to restore a complete survey, photographs and report state.
Survey types
Home Survey Level 2 is available now. Further survey types are in development and are shown as coming soon inside the software; they are not available and are not included in anything described on this site.
Separate from our other platforms
Survey Smarter has its own account, subscription and data. It does not share a login or a database with DampSurvey-Pro or AsbestosSurveyPro.
Survey Smarter is not approved, accredited or endorsed by RICS or any other body. Professional judgement, competence and authorisation remain the surveyor's own.
